Applications for Pole Theatre USA 2025 are open until Midnight CST on January 5, 2025.

To apply fill out the following information, once filled out you will hit submit and be directed to submit your payment through PayPal, all applicants must pay a non-refundable $75 application fee per category they apply to, applicants may apply to one or more categories within the same division.

When filling out the application for a duo or group, please include additional members legal name, pronouns, phone number, and email in the additional notes section so that we can add all duo or group members to email lists for application results as well as follow-up information should you be accepted.
