Sponsorship Opportunities

an underground community that is finding its way into mainstream dance, fitness, art and culture.

Pole Theatre USA will be held in Denver, CO on September 2, 2017. The competition is divided into Semi-Professional and Professional Divisions, and we are expecting a combined audience of 600+. In addition to our 34 competitors, Pole Theatre USA will feature international pole star Michelle Shimmy as emcee, and world-renowned pole athletes Maddie Sparkle, Marlo Fisken, Kenneth Kao, Steven Retchless, Marion Crampe, and Michelle Stanek as judges and guest performers.

Pole Theatre USA attracts an audience of pole, fitness, and dance enthusiasts, and provides a valuable opportunity for brands to gain exposure and build connections in this new and rapidly growing industry. Our audience is approximately 70% female, 30% male, with the majority falling in the 20-35 age group. Our competitors, and many of our audience members, work in the fitness industry, are active ambassadors on social media, and spend money on classes, equipment, and apparel whether they see pole as a hobby or a career.

 

Title Sponsor – $2,000 – Only one available!

  • Event be marketed as “Pole Theatre USA presented by ‘Company Name’”
  • Exclusivity within your field (i.e. you would be the only athletic wear sponsor, or the only dispensary.)
  • Cash prize to Semi-Pro and Professional Overall Champions ($1,000 each) will be announced as “Sponsored by ‘Company Name’”
  • Vendor table in lobby at the Oriental Theater at both shows, wifi and electricity included.
  • Company logo on all publicity materials, incl. posters, programs, and official videos.

Gold Sponsor – $1,000

Silver Sponsor – $500

  • Half page ad in event programs

Bronze Sponsor – $300

  • Company logo and website link on event website for 1 year
  • Company advertisement on livestream feed before show
  • Two promotional posts on event’s social media channels
  • Sponsorship announcements by emcee during events
  • Half page ad in event programs
  • Opportunity to provide all competitors with branded products and materials in gift bags
  • 2 VIP tickets to both shows

Prize Sponsors

All individual items must have a retail value of $10 or more. No samples, coupons or similar unless provided in addition to actual products. There will be four category winners and one overall winner in the Semi-Pro Division, and four category winners and one overall winner in the Professional Division. Prize sponsor may assign prizes to a specific category (i.e. giving away a pair of heels to the two Pole Classique winners, or giving a cash prize to the two overall winners), or leave distribution up to organizer.

All prize sponsors will get their company logo and link on our website for 1 year, sponsorship announcements on our Facebook page, a mention in the event program, and will be mentioned by the emcee during the award ceremony.

Gift Bag Sponsor – $250

Your logo will be printed on the front of the Gift Bags. Every competitor receives a gift bag bursting with products. Gift bags will be photographed and shared to event’s social media channels, and competitors also take pictures and tag sponsors on social media.

Gift Contributors

All competitors will receive a gift bag filled with products. To contribute to the gift bags, each individual item should have a retail value of $5 or more. Gift bags with all contents will be photographed and shared to event’s social media channels, and competitors also take pictures and tag sponsors on social media. Company must supply equal products for all 50 gift bags. Gift bag items must be received no earlier than July 1st, 2017, and no later than August 15th, 2017.

Program Advertisements

Our event program will be given to all attendees of Pole Theatre USA, putting your ad in the hands of a large audience of approximately 600 people. The programs are 5.5″ x 8.5″ and printed in full color on gloss paper. We have a limited number of spaces available for advertisements, so please order early. The deadline for submitting payment and the finished artwork is August 10th, 2017.

  • Full page: 5.5″ width x 8.5″ height – $200
  • Half page: 5.5″ width x 4.25″ height – $100
  • Quarter page: 2.75″ width x 4.25″ height – $50
